Upstairs @ Maker 

Upstairs at Maker is an open planned, seasonal space perfect for workshops, meetings or small presentations. Flooded with natural sunlight through the day and shining with brilliant fairy lights at night, this space offers a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere.

Set up of large collaboration table and chairs, versatile to your needs
LCD Projector, whiteboard and basic relay sound system available for hire
Tea/coffee and a range of catering options available on request

* All users must be physically able to climb a flight of stairs for access


ECU CBD learning hub

$490 (Full Day) $280 (1/2 Day)* 

The downstairs space at Maker + Co operates as a full time, off campus learning hub of Edith Cowan University (ECU). We want our space to be used at its full potential, and so, this unique area is still available for events which align with our values of innovation, education and positive social impact.

Up to 100 people
Huddle tables, theatre or cocktail style
LCD Projector and basic relay sound system
Tea/coffee or a range of catering available on request
Universal access from street level
Full equipped accessible toilet facilities
Room size: 14.2m x 18m with high ceilings (3m+)

Meeting Rooms

$250 (Full Day) or $150 (1/2 Day)*

The Meeting Room is a perfect place to meet, huddle or present with:

Up to 12 seated
Optional use of adjacent Foyer and Open meeting room for breakout
Standard set up of large collaboration table and chairs (as per photo)
LCD Projector, Whiteboard and basic relay sound system available for hire
Tea/coffee and a range of catering options available on request
Room size: 4.8m x 4.7m with 3.3m high ceilings

*Additional cleaning and staffing charges may apply
