FREE StartupWA Pitching Workshop
WHEN: Wednesday 3rd October, 5.00pm - 7.30pm
WHERE: ECU CBD Learning Hub (Downstairs at Maker + Co)
Pitching is ingrained in everything we do as entrepreneurs, creators, startup founders and innovators. In this workshop, Sam Birmingham from StartupWA will share his tips and tricks on Pitching 101.
You will get a chance to develop your elevator pitch, using a series of tools to craft the type of short and sweet pitches you could literally deliver in an elevator, before the door opens.
From there, Sam will introduce some longer-form pitching frameworks, to prepare you for those situations where your audience has more time on their hands and wants to understand your proposition in more detail.
Whether it is looking for investors, hiring staff or signing up new customers, by the end of this workshop should have at least three different, but equally well-rehearsed pitches in your toolbox, ready to go at a moment’s notice.
5:00 – 5:30pm: Welcome and networking
