Get out and discover some of the places that will help you live a sustainable life in Bunbury, we will make our way through five different stops where local business owners will share their knowledge.

Bring a reusable coffee cup, a packed lunch (or buy from Melo Velo or The Plant) and enjoy a day out and about in Bunbury with like-minded people.
***To participate in the tour of the Compost Facility you must wear enclosed shoes and long pants***

Meet at Maker and Co (75 Victoria Street - entry on Symmons Street) at your chosen start time. A link to the app will be given to you at this time.

1. Sustainable Work
Meeting at Maker + Co at 10am you will log into the Bunbury Sustainability Trail self-guided app. We will then walk over the road to Melo Velo.
***We recommend you park somewhere between Maker and Co and The Plant***

2. Sustainable Transport
Melo Velo owners Maggie and Ricus Grimbeek will welcome us to their new bike shop / cafe. You will continue to navigate and learn through the Bunbury Sustainability Trail self-guided app
From Melo Velo we will walk through town pointing out different initiatives which will help you live sustainably in Bunbury.

3. Sustainable Food
Arriving at The Plant, the Bunbury Sustainability Trail self-guided app will build your knowledge on organic and vegan food options.
We will then walk back toward Maker + Co to pick up cars/bikes and make our way to Eco Warehouse.

4. Sustainable Home
Eco Warehouse founders, you will continue to engage in the activities in the Bunbury Sustainability Trail self-guided app.
From Eco Warehouse we will drive (let us know if you need a lift) up the hill to the compost facility.

5. Sustainable Waste
Once you arrive at the compost facility the Bunbury Sustainability Trail self-guided app will pause and Watch Your Waste educators Emma and Kate will take you on a walking tour of the facility. This incredible opportunity to understand the full cycle of our consumption will be a great end to a wonderful learning experience

***To participate in the tour of the Compost Facility you must wear enclosed shoes and long pants. You must also leave Bunbury between 1pm and 1:45pm in order to arrive in time for a tour***
